Booking Policy
- Reservations are confirmed only on the receipt of 100% advance for the entire stay.
- Check-in: After 2:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
House Rules
- Right of admission is reserved.
- Each villa accommodates a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children below 16 years of age.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the villas.
- Pets are not allowed
- Music is permitted only until 11:00 PM
- We have a separate accommodation facility for maids / nannies at the estate at a separate additional charge of Rs.5000 per person. Personal staff are not permitted to stay overnight inside villas. We also have accommodation facilities for drivers at the nearby guest house outside the Estate.
Cancellation & Date Change Policy
A full credit note will be issued for any cancellation made 45 days prior to guest arrival. No refunds.
50% retention charges apply for cancellation made between 30-45 days of arrival
100% retention charges apply for cancellation made less than 30 days of guest arrival.
A fee of 20% of the booking charges will be applicable for change of arrival date made less than 30 days before arrival.
